$175/hr for 1:1 coaching that dives deep into identifying personal values; designing practical boundaries and committing to maintaining them; evaluating where your time and energy are spent; and utilizing breathwork and physical awareness techniques to support your nervous system
individual support
My pricing is based on market data and benchmarks. I also believe deeply in accessibility to wellness services. I trust your discretion in self-identifying your ability to pay based on the following tiers:

Tier 1: I struggle meeting basic needs. My finances, housing, and/or employment are unstable. I frequently and consistently stress about how to make ends meet. I have very little disposable income, if at all.
​
Tier 2: I can typically cover my basic needs with some room to cover my wants. My finances, housing, and employment are fairly stable. I have a little disposable income or it fluctuates greatly throughout the year.
​
Tier 3: I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs and then some. I have stable employment, housing, and income. I have enough disposable income to meet all of my needs as well as many of my wants.
